Ordering & payment

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, click checkout, enter your address and payment details, and confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes — email mainveyloa@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll catch your package before it ships. After that, you can return for a full refund.

Do you apply VAT / taxes?

VAT and taxes are calculated based on the location of shipping.

Do you have discount codes?

Yes — first-order discount VEYLOA10 (10% off). Bundle discount BUY2GET1 auto-applies when you add 3 items.

Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 business day from our Italy warehouse. EU delivery: 3–10 business days due to low supply. UK: 4–7 business days. Switzerland and Norway: 5–8 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping anywhere during the spring sale. Standard rates after the sale: €4.95 EU, €7.95 UK and non-EU. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including the US and UK.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships. You can also track any order here with your email and order number.

My package is delayed — what do I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days, email mainveyloa@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and either resend or refund.

Returns & refunds

What’s your return policy?

30 days from delivery, full refund. Products must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty.

How do I start a return?

Reply to your order confirmation email or message us at mainveyloa@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24h.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping for faulty items or wrong deliveries. For a change of mind, return shipping is €4.95 (deducted from your refund).

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return (typically 3–5 business days), we process refunds within 2 business days. It can then take 5–10 days to appear on your card, depending on your bank.

My item arrived damaged — help!

So sorry about that. Email mainveyloa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately — no need to send the damaged item back.

Products & usage

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We don’t stock anything that has been tested on animals.

Where are your products made?

Globally, depending on product. Every item is tested by us before it goes live — if it doesn’t pass our quality bar, it doesn’t make the catalog.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Usually yes. Click “Notify me” on any sold-out product page and you’ll get an email the moment it’s back.

Can I suggest a product to stock?
