Where’s my order?

Enter the email address you used at checkout plus your order number and we’ll show you exactly where your package is.

Can’t find your order number? Check the confirmation email we sent when you placed the order — it’s at the top, right next to your order summary.

What happens after you order

  1. Order placedYou’ll get a confirmation email within minutes. If you don’t see it, check spam.
  2. Packed & dispatchedWe pack and hand over to the courier within 1 business day. You’ll get a shipping email with tracking.
  3. On its wayEU: 3–10 business days due to low supply. UK: 4–7 business days. The courier will notify you on delivery day.
  4. DeliveredWe’ll follow up after a few days to make sure everything arrived happy. If not — we’ll fix it.
